Primal Bodywork was created from a desire to understand the body more deeply — not just through shapes and sequences, but through structure, sensation, and lived experience. Rooted in yoga, embodied anatomy, and therapeutic movement, our work centers the spine as the axis of intelligent strength.

Primal Bodywork blends therapeutic movement, mobility coaching, self-massage myofascial release, and yoga. With this method you will learn how to reduce chronic pain, improve posture, and build strength that actually supports your real life.

 

We offer private movement therapy, live classes, and immersive retreats designed to restore mobility, refine awareness, and reconnect you to the intelligence already present in your body. Every practice is guided by curiosity, not force.
