Primal Flow Lab is a small-group movement experience designed to help you reconnect to your body through strength, mobility, and play. Over four weeks, you’ll explore foundational movement patterns, improve posture and core support, and build strength in a way that feels both intentional and accessible. This isn’t about pushing to extremes—it’s about learning how your body actually works so you can move more efficiently and with less discomfort. Each session blends elements of yoga, primal movement, and deep core activation to help you feel more stable, supported, and capable in your everyday life. With a small group setting, you’ll receive personalized guidance while also benefiting from the energy and accountability of moving alongside others.
