These one-on-one sessions are designed to help you get out of pain, move with more ease, and build a deeper understanding of your body. Each session blends yoga, assisted stretching, breathwork, and myofascial release to support mobility, stability, and long-term relief. Rather than following a fixed routine, we work with what your body needs in real time—addressing areas of tension, imbalance, or restriction while building strength in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming. You’ll learn how to connect to your breath, engage your core more effectively, and move in ways that reduce strain and increase freedom. This is a collaborative process where you’ll not only feel the difference during the session, but also gain tools you can use on your own.
